Personal Training
(1-1 or 2-1)
A personal trainer is so much more than just someone who tells you what to do at the gym. They are your biggest cheerleader, motivator and emotional support system all sushi-rolled into one.
A good trainer will help you push yourself harder than you ever thought possible and will be there to pick you up when you find yourself wallowing in self-doubt. With each session you don’t just get 1 hour of training - you get confidence, momentum and results.

As health and fitness coaches, our number one goal is to help people feel capable, confident and free.
Whether you’re an aspiring powerlifter or someone who just wants to climb a staircase without sounding like Darth Vader, one thing is for certain: developing a body that moves well is the key.
The challenge is that we all have movement patterns that we perform regularly, whether it’s picking up a child, driving in a certain position, or going for a run. Over time, these patterns can become ingrained in our bodies and eventually lead to imbalances that affect or limit our ability to move.
That’s why the first session for all newcomers to Good Juju is a movement screening. This way, we can assess and pinpoint any limitations or asymmetries that might prevent you from achieving your goals faster or worse, lead to injuries.
You’ll come out of the screening with suggestions on how to address these issues and how you can better reach your fitness goals (whether you decide to work with us or not 😘).
Private Group Training (8 pax)

Strength is the quadfather of all qualities. Unlike your traditional HIIT workouts, this 60 minute class takes a slower pace to emphasize proper movement quality to ‘build’ a solid foundation of strength. Formatted from our proven training system, this program incorporates a wide range of strength training elements into functional movement patterns to create a more resilient YOU.
*This class consist of 2 different upper-body and lower-body workouts and changes on a 4 week cycle so you can continue to make improvements and track your progress*

Endure, the perfect concoction of Strength and Endurance. This 60 minute fast-paced, high intensity class focuses on using various functional strength movements in a dual station format. With high volume of work and short recovery time, this whole body workout is designed to be very metabolically challenging! Be prepared to take your body through an endurance gauntlet!
*It is advisable for you to have some experience in basic fundamental movements like squatting, deadlift, and pressing before attending this class*
