Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy

In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 5–10 working days.

Shipping address: Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Redelivery: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for redelivery fees.

Shipping confirmation: You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at aloha@heygoodjuju.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Change requests after this may incur additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing aloha@heygoodjuju.com. Cancellations after shipment are not permitted unless the item meets return conditions below.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Return Scenarios:• Failed Delivery: Item was not delivered and returned to sender.• Wrong Item Delivered: Item received differs from what was ordered.• Damaged Goods: Item is visibly damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return:
• Email us at aloha@heygoodjuju.com within 7 working days of receiving the product.
• Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photo evidence (if applicable).

Conditions for Returns:
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include any free gifts or accessories received.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to our error.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
• Online bank transfer: Refunds will be credited within 3–5 working days.
• Credit/debit cards: Refund will be processed to the issuing bank. Processing times vary by bank.

Note: Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind requests after payment confirmation.

5. Non-Tangible Products (e.g., Coaching, Retreats, Bookings)

For services or digital offerings:
• Confirmation and access are sent via email/SMS.
• Refunds are not applicable for services rendered, but we may consider transfers, postponements, or partial credit on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Changes

Good Juju Barbell Club reserves the right to amend these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take immediate effect upon publication.
