Exchanges (Sizing Only)

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you can exchange it for a different size - just reach out to us at aloha@heygoodjuju.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are not covered, so you’ll be responsible for the return and reshipment fees.

Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 5 days by emailing aloha@heygoodjuju.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue. If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest.
