More than a gym. A coaching culture.
Good Juju was built on a simple idea: strength training should feel welcoming, not intimidating. We’re a community-first space where anyone can learn to lift with confidence.
We don't just run workouts, we coach properly. That means owning the full arc of a client's long-term progress. Our philosophy is rooted in raising the overall standard: sharing what works, continuous learning, and zero ego on the gym floor. With a clear progression ladder (Junior → Senior → Lead) and defined criteria at every tier, you don't just rack up hours here—you build a sustainable, high-impact career.

You're here to coach, properly.
That means owning the full arc of a client's progress, not just running them through a workout. Day to day you will:
Build individualised programmes.
Design custom, principle-based plans that adapt to each client's goals, history, and training response.
Lead group classes to standard.
Bring high energy, scan the room, and deliver individual cues so large sessions feel genuinely coached.
Coach the harder cases.
Partner with in-house physios to safely coach injured, returning, or older clients with smart modifications.
Contribute beyond your sessions.
Engage in team education, case discussions, and gym initiatives to elevate the overall client experience.
Raise the floor.
Share insights, receive feedback openly, and continuously collaborate with senior coaches and physios.

What it's like coaching here
"I came in as an intern with zero knowledge about the fitness industry. A year later, I've gained so much confidence in my coaching ability with the help of the best mentors and peers. Coaching here feels fulfilling; it is always about the people here - whether that's with your peers, mentors, or clients."
"Coaching at GJBC has been an eye-opening experience, with a strong focus on developing our skills and knowledge to better serve our clients. Being surrounded by supportive peers who genuinely want to see each other succeed, share the same values, and encourage one another creates a positive environment where we can grow with confidence and provide the best service possible."
"Coaching at Good Juju has been the best decision I've made for myself as a coach. It is truly wonderful to have the opportunity to learn from so many wonderful coaches and be constantly challenged while being supported without any judgement. If your growth as a coach is truly important to you, there is no better place than this."
