Three skills, one spine
Schroth is a scoliosis specific exercise approach. It doesn't force your spine straight. It teaches you to position, breathe and hold yourself differently, so good posture is something you can do on your own.
Corrective Positioning
We guide your body into positions that suit your curve pattern, then teach you to find them without help.
Rotational Breathing
Breath directed into the parts of your ribcage that need more room, so every breath supports your posture.
Muscle Activation
Targeted strength work to hold your new position through daily life, not just during the session.
Who it's for
Children, teens and adults with diagnosed or suspected scoliosis. It suits anyone who wants to improve posture, manage discomfort and build better control of their spine.
- Children
- Teens
- Adults
No diagnosis or X-ray needed to book. If you have scans or reports, bring them along.
Alongside your doctor, not instead of them
Scoliosis specific exercises complement medical care, they do not replace it. We work alongside your doctor's recommendations and never advise stopping a brace or treatment plan.
Scoliosis doesn't need a quick fix. It needs a skill, and we coach it one rep at a time.
